The tough phase has extended in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 as well. The 32-year-old is under immense scrutiny and is suggested to take a break from cricket.

Fans and experts suggest Kohli should take a break in the South Africa series. Former Indian head coach, Ravi Shastri also opined the same. Virat Kohli has managed to score a 73 in just 54 deliveries in the last league match of the IPL 2022 for the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).

The innings will certainly help him to boost his confidence as he has been going through a rough patch throughout the ongoing season. The workload of the Indian cricketers is a huge concern for the BCCI as Team India has a busy schedule for the remainder of the year.
